The Old Steam Factory is an adaptable daylight 2600 sqft studio location located in Clapton, East London. Set in a beautifully restored former Victorian Tram Depot and retaining many of its original features including a beautiful and unique stone floor, concrete feature walls and stripped wooden beams. An ideal space for both small and large scale productions.
The space has beautiful daylight and blackout is also possible but should be arranged prior to hire. There are two bathrooms, shower room, large kitchen area with range oven and client area.
